Mimifude 耳筆（以下「本アプリ」）は、文字起こし・翻訳・要約を行うAI議事録アプリです。本アプリは利用者のプライバシーを最大限尊重するため、サーバーを持たず、AI処理をすべて端末内で完結させる設計を採用しています。
本アプリ自体は、個人情報を含むいかなるデータも収集・送信しません。（広告表示に伴う情報の取り扱いは「4. 広告について」をご覧ください）
本アプリが利用者の許可を得て使用する権限と、その目的は次のとおりです。

権限はいつでも iOS の「設定」から変更できます。
文字起こし（Apple の音声認識）・翻訳（Translation）・要約（Apple Intelligence）は、すべて端末内のAIモデルで処理されます。音声や文章の内容が処理のために外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。
ただし、次の点にご留意ください。
本アプリは、開発を継続するため、画面下部に広告を表示します。広告の配信には Google LLC が提供する Google AdMob を使用しています。
Google による情報の取り扱いについては、Google プライバシーポリシーおよびGoogle の広告に関するポリシーをご確認ください。
文字起こし・翻訳・要約・辞書（変換ルール）・設定値は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。録音した音声そのものは保存されません。保存された記録は、アプリ内の履歴からいつでも削除できます。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、重要な変更はアプリのアップデート情報でお知らせします。

Mimifude ("the App") is an AI meeting-notes app that transcribes, translates, and summarizes speech. The App is designed with no server: all AI processing happens on your device.
The App itself does not collect or transmit any data, including personal information. There are no accounts and no analytics. Your audio, transcripts, translations, and summaries are never sent to the developer or any third party. For data handled by advertising, see "4. Advertising" below.
The App requests microphone access solely for real-time transcription, sound-event detection, and level metering. You can change this permission anytime in iOS Settings.
Transcription (Apple speech recognition), translation (Translation framework), and summarization (Apple Intelligence) all run on-device. Note that speech-recognition models and translation language packs are downloaded from Apple servers on first use (no audio or text content is uploaded), and Apple may collect usage statistics for these system services under Apple's Privacy Policy.
The App displays banner ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, device identifiers, IP address, and ad-interaction data may be sent to Google. The App does not request App Tracking Transparency and does not use personalized ads. Your audio, transcripts, translations, and summaries are never used for advertising. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Advertising Policies for details.
Transcripts, translations, summaries, dictionary rules, and settings are stored only on your device. Recorded audio itself is not saved. You can delete saved records anytime from the in-app history.
